I need help with product instructions?

To begin the process of Product/Warranty Support, please follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: You will be required to fill out our Product / Warranty Support form that gathers contact information, order #, and video documentation of the issue.

Step 2: The form requires a short 15-25 second video (<50MB) that documents the issue to be attached. We recommend recording the video before you start with the form. Please be sure (if applicable) to remove all LED lights from the plastic casing and demonstrate charging/replacing batteries or showing broken parts.
