The UltraPoi Help Center is for customers to find answers to all there questions about products, sales and support regarding the brand.

Orders typically ship within 48 hours Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will ship on the following Tuesday if not earlier. Customized orders that involve sizes require a 10-20 day build time such as custom poi, hoops, staffs and wands. Please be patient during the processing time and you will get a tracking notification when the order ships.
