Step 1: Fully charge your device
Plug your device into a working power source and allow it to charge for at least 1 to 2 hours. Even if the device appears unresponsive, a depleted battery is the most common cause of issues.
Step 2: Try a different cable and power source
Charging cables and wall adapters can fail over time. Please test:
- A different USB cable
- A different wall outlet or USB port
This helps confirm whether the issue is with the product or the charger.
Step 3: Press and hold the power button
Some devices require a firm press or a longer hold. Press and hold the button for 3 to 5 seconds, then release and try again.
Step 4: Check the charging port
Look closely at the charging port and ensure there is no dust, lint, or debris blocking the connection. Even small particles can prevent proper charging.
Step 5: Inspect for visible damage
Check for cracks, dents, or signs of water exposure. Physical or water damage can affect performance and is not covered under warranty.
