My Product Won’t Turn OnUpdated 3 days ago

If your product does not turn on at all, please follow these steps carefully.

Step 1: Charge the product completely

Allow the device to charge for at least 1 to 2 hours without interruption. A fully depleted battery may take time before showing signs of life.

Step 2: Confirm the charger is working

Try a different cable and power source. If possible, test the same cable with another device to confirm it is working properly.

Step 3: Attempt a proper power-on

Press and hold the power button firmly for 3 to 5 seconds. Some devices require a longer press than expected.

Step 4: Observe any response

Look for:

  • A brief flash of light
  • A momentary power-on
  • Any sign of activity

If the device briefly turns on and shuts off, this usually indicates a battery issue rather than a full product failure.

Step 5: Check for physical or water damage

Inspect the unit carefully. Damage or moisture inside the unit can prevent operation.
