How to process a return in the USAUpdated 8 months ago

Please follow the process below when returning your item(s) to us.

1. You can process your return within 30 days of placing your order by emailing us at [email protected].
2. You may provide your own shipping label or if requested a return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
3. Return your item(s) using your local post office.
4. Please allow 3-5 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
5. Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.
