UltraPoi products are built for performance, but they are not indestructible.

Important limitations:

1. Products are not impact-proof and may be damaged by repeated hard impacts
2. Products are not waterproof unless explicitly stated
3. Exposure to water or moisture can damage internal electronics
4. Wear and tear will occur over time with regular use

Examples of non-covered damage:

1. Cracks or breaks from impact
2. Water or liquid exposure
3. Damage from improper handling or storage
