Rechargeable batteries are consumable components and are subject to normal wear over time.

Battery Coverage:

1. Batteries are covered for 2 years against defects and abnormal performance
2. This includes failure to charge, failure to power on, or significant performance issues beyond normal use

After 2 Years:

1. Batteries are eligible for 50% discounted replacement
2. This ensures continued support while accounting for normal battery lifespan

Important:

1. Gradual reduction in runtime is expected and not considered a defect
2. Increased charging frequency over time is normal
3. Batteries that no longer hold a charge after extended use are considered worn and require replacement
