If your battery is not charging, follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Test a different cable

Use a different USB cable to rule out a faulty cable.

Step 2: Test a different power source

Plug into a different wall adapter, outlet, or USB port.

Step 3: Inspect the charging port

Look closely for dust, lint, or debris. Even small particles can block proper contact.

Step 4: Ensure proper connection

Make sure the cable is fully seated and not loose.

Step 5: Allow sufficient charging time

Leave the device connected for at least 2 full hours.

Step 6: Observe for any signs of response

Look for light indicators, brief flashes, or any activity.

If there is still no response after completing all steps, the battery may need replacement or the unit may require inspection.
